I've got it and I've got tight arches from curling my feet straight. And bunionettes from putting pressure on the outside of the feet. You don't always pronate. Physical Therapists are obsessed with pronation.

this may be a silly question but im 20 and recently discover i had been a dancer for 14 years and i have never been able to become flexible. could external tibial torsion be the reason why?
