In my mind, the Master approaches Moriarty like, "Hey. Chaos. Nothing matters. Except being awesome and having dominion over all things." At first Moriarty is all like, "Big whoop space man I'm pretty crazy myself" but then the Master can SHOW him things with that Time Lord mind meld thing and he starts to hear the drums. The problem is he feels like the Master doesn't appreciate his genius so of course he messes with the Master's plans and the Master usually eats/tortures that which disobeys him so you can guess what happens next. I dunno. I like the idea of these two in a room. I might have to do more with them.
