Leveling the Saturn 2 bed with Wham Bam XTR flex plate

I installed a Wham Bam flex plate to my 3d printer, and I haven't been able to print anything since. As shown in the video, the build plate homes and is level without the vat present, offering a slight resistance to the paper when I pull it out. the build plate also homes correctly with the empty vat in place, and I am able to start a print with no issues. it's only once I add the resin, that problems arise.
