Did The TWO-TAILED FOX Surge Mod Issue Get Fixed?

When testing Two-Tailed Fox shortly after the release of The Final Shape, I realized and released a video highlighting that our Weapon Surge Armor Mods were not being applied correctly. This video will be following up on the subject matter to see if this issue ever got fixed. Enjoy! 🍻

📣📣📣There has been some concern expressed regarding the Ignition damage being bugged. To my understanding the bug is causing Ignition damage to decrease as multiple Ignitions are proced on a single target. To safeguard the testing results from this issue, I did reset the encounter before each test. There was certainly something odd happening with the Triple Solar Surge Mods, but I'll double check things after the November Patch goes live that should fix the problem and keep you posted. 🍻

Now hear me out, sanguine (solar) + 3 void surges

Solar ignitions are bugged and deal less damage vs bosses per solar ignition the boss takes. I don't know if they fixed it yet, but that could be why the triple solar surge isn't giving the most damage output. The bug is because of the first Vesper's Host boss; the DR was intended for that boss only to prevent chain ignitions from insta-killing it. Tether + dragon's breath would have been utterly absurd for that.

So you're telling me I have another reason to swap back to 3 tailed fox when I notice a teammate also has dragon's breath equipped? Dope. I just started helping my GF learn/make some non warlock builds and since she leans towards exotic heavies 3 tailed was the first thing I sent her to.

Good to know. I don't usually use exotic heavy weapons, since I prefer my exotic to be something I'm using constantly, but Two-Tailed Fox is one of only a few I do occasionally bring into my rotation, (Leviathan's Breath and Thunderlord being the other two main ones).

*Most* Armor Mods apply weirdly to 2Tail tbh. Arc Reload (or Solar without catalyst), Void Reserves, etc. etc.
