These are pillars necessary for prospect of economic improvement and increased standard of living.
When the governments dont provide these or gatekeeps them behind high paywall then it creates social division and crime. This is what is happening in countries like USA and UK, countries that were once prosperous and could afford to do all these things for the citizens. The rich get richer and poor get poorer.

The rapid growth in Uyghur population under communist CPC rule - due to the introduction of basic healthcare, exemption from 1-child policy - unfortunately led to some mistakenly believing Ugyhurs are the original settlers of Xinjiang. Resulting in a separatist movement which was defeated through an information campaign refuting false narratives about Ugyhurs having been oppressed and the need for a holy war.
