I'm having trouble to import from SAP2000 into REVIT (new model or importing back a model created in Revit exported to SAP2000). I can export Revit > SAP2000 and works fine but when i do the reverse, some errors occurs. It says that i need to install an additional content package, but i alredy did it. I alredy tried everything I could think off.

When i click on "Import to create New Revit Project...."
Error : "C:\Path\CSixRevit Family Name Mapping. txt is not a reconized internal version. Proceed anyway?"
When i select the EXR file.
Error: "Unable to import because there are no structural column families in the Revit content libraries! Please download and Install one of the Revit 2022 Additional Content packs from the Autodesk Revit Content Download web page" I alredy did it!

while exporting from etabs 19 to revit 2022.1 via csixrevit only two levels are exporting other levels are getting merge or deleted, can you tell my why ?
