Excellent house. But I think there should be a lift so that parents can go to upper floors. Also internal staircase should be connected to ground floor as ground floor has 2bhk set up for parents. Then It will seems like a complete family else currently it looks like ground floor is for rent and tenants are staying there. It's completely my opinion.
