Their songs were their TESTIMONY of God's GOODNESS, GRACE, MERCY, I miss them. Surely (THE Big CHOIR in Heaven), is about ready fill up. Then Jesus Christ, may come, welcome his people home! No more crying, dying, sickness, fear, loneliness, bills, Just The Beautiful FAMILY of God, Praising around the throne of Jesus Christ! GOD, the HOLY Spirit, Angel's. Heaven is Real !

Having been a former radio announcer in the 80's, I knew and interviewed so many of these folks. Later in life due to marriage, i became closer to Howard and Vestal. So many friendships remained for years. I am thankful for the years I spent in the industry and for marrying into a musical family. I have truly been blessed.

Thank you so much for this. AS an African American, oddly I grew up with so many of these wonderful people of God. I grew up in/on Hawaii, and I was alone a lot. There was a radio program that would play these various artist, and I loved it. My Father was an attorney and one of his clerks would play this kind of gospel music, and it was special to me. As we fall to the 90"s and I began school at the University of Tennessee, where I would work @ Dollywood and OH how it was probably one of the best times in my life. I got to see so many of these in the video and even did some background singing. They all spoke into my life and I am better for ever having the said opportunity to listen and love gospel music....

All are missed tremendously, the newer Homecomings still find me looking for the old, familiar faces. Glen, George, Vestal and Harold are missed most by me because I've never seen such hearts for Jesus. The love they had for Him absolutely radiated from each of them when they sang His praises!

When i think about this all saints, a song comes in my heart titled When the saints go marching in and also how beautiful heaven must be. They are't died but they are sleeping still we join them at the morning resurection. May God help us living 🙏

We shouldn't forget Gary McSpadden. He was a member of the Gaither Trio, various gospel groups and then the GVB. He passed away in 2020 from cancer.
