Great video mate, I thought it would be something like this under the hood. The same thing happened with tools like Article Forge a few years back. When you put it through Copyscape the stuff that was factually correct was all plagiarized and the unique stuff was either wrong or didnt make any sense when read.

Lots of affiliate marketers have been praising this tool just to get people to sign so they could get commissions.

This tool is an AI copywriting assistant at best which developers decided to turn into a long form content writer after tons of customer requests.

And now people produce low quality content at scale which only adds to a problem of the amount of crappy content on the internet.

I've been using it to come up with article headers and introductions. I write so many articles a month and I am finding that this is helping me with writers block, especially to just get started with something. I then rewrite everything once it is finished so that my voice shines through and then I can add in the meat of the content with all the facts. So far its working out for me and my productivity is up.

I really wonder how Google would manage this because if the facts written by AI writers are wrong, then they are spam as you have mentioned.

I have something to say about AI voice though. Earlier last year I decided to try AI voiceover on some of my videos because I feel my voice is not good enough. I have about 3 videos in my channel made using AI (paid version) and a number of recordings done before deciding not to go ahead with more AI videos. The materials were original writings by me. In the end, I realized even though my tone, pronounciation and the local slang with background noise made the audio so imperfect, the words were spoken sincerely from my heart. And to someone who is going thru what I go thru, they can relate and perhaps felt comforted that they are not alone. This is something I believe AI can never replace.

I appreciate the time you took, not only to try out the software and give us your opinion, but also show us the results it provided. I tried a few of the free ai tools when everyone started talking about them, however I just did not like the results at all and it seemed more work to correct the issue than it was worth.

However, take that from me with a grain of salt, I am still struggling with my first blog. 13 months old 97 articles and only getting around 20-50 views a day. Not sure if its my keywords or If my information isnt helpful enough.

Indeed, you have to do a lot of fact checking. This can take a lot of time. I guess it’s not there yet for the long form content. You can use it for headlines, Facebook ads, creative stories - for small stuff, in general. I look at it as an assistant.
On another note I couldn’t take my eyes off that melting clock😀

Great video, had a play with it when my friend signed up a few days ago. I thought it did a fairly good job at making introductions more engaging assuming it wasn't the best in the first place. I could see myself using it for this but as for writing blog content, not a chance. As you say, it's just really an advanced article spinner.

Agree with your video totally. I was on their unlimited plan for a month to try things out. I run a cooking/kitchen website and each time I wanted to write something I needed to put in tons of facts for a strangely written result. Content created by jarvis about cooking techniques and preparing food was not even close to reality. For a blogger, it could work for writing the first paragraphs or rewriting some sentences but that is about it.

I agree 100%. I am in their free trial and it is very ugly. I am disappointed with many marketers I know that they suggested us take this shit. Maybe in 5-10 years, it will be ok but now absolutely no...

I agree. Tested the same tool plus a couple others. Might be good for category pages where you need some text about “blue shoes”, “red shoes” etc., but not more than that yet.

Thanks for shooting this video Morten. I've been testing AI writing services too. The one I'm testing right now is Rytr. It's good for short pieces of copy, but not long copy...which kinda makes it useless to me. Right now, the best writing assistants just help you pull up relevant content and use that as content you can "model" as you're writing. It can help you create a better outline to start your writing. And it can help you format your content and upload it to your blog. But I have yet to see an AI writer smart enough to really write great content that passes a plagiarism checker and is 100% factual.

I'm very excited about this software for two reasons: it will help those of us who can write at least reasonably well stand out from the lazy people who use the software as a complete writing solution; it will help me with writing hesitancy as it seems to do a good job of generating structures and intros.

I'll give it a go on the basic subscription and we'll see if it helps me reach my target of 3 1500 word articles per week.
