Making S'mores Completely From Scratch At Home | But Better

Not only did we make our own marshmallows and graham crackers... but we had to step it up even higher with completely homemade chocolate. Meaning we literally ground our own chocolate. Now we need to see if we can defeat the childhood nostalgia of the storebought version.

As a s'more lover, homemade is always more delicious. The ONE thing I don't like about homemade mallow is they don't tend to hold up over a campfire as well unless you bring the sugar temp up.

I’ve actually never had a *proper* S’more before. What I did have as a S’more is store bought NORMAL SIZED marshmallows roasted over a fire, sandwiched between two BASIC chocolate chip cookies. BASIC chocolate chip cookies. Not even waffer, just COOKIE.

The reason the first set of s’mores wasn’t nostalgic is because you are missing that campfire wood burn. Adds an inherent smell and therefore flavor.
