When I go in saying I've worked in retail, it's because I want to offer extra patience when they're busy or can't fill my request. I have never used that card for special privileges. Sounds like I shouldn't start. 😂😂😂

First job out of high school was housekeeping for a hotel, I did enjoy the tips I got from time to time. But the one thing I learned from that job when and I always do it now because a guest did it for me. And I do this because I usually can’t leave a tip. I take all the linens of the room (towels, pillowcases, sheets, etc.) and leave them on the bed. If you wanna make a maids day when you’re checking out, don’t make the bed make the bed, strip it, everything you used in the bathroom, and place everything in one spot

Worked front desk at a resort hotel, and had a lady with the same first name try to convince me that that entitled her to a discount, upgrade, early check-in, etc. Sorry, friend, our folks choosing the same name has nothing to do with my job...
