The only issues I see here are about ethics and courtesy. First, it is unethical to mislead your viewers by creating an issue out of a non-issue. Well, with the current state of mainstream and alternative, I am not surprised. It all boils down to money. Second, it is against common courtesy to socialize during a photo session unless it is a family or any informal affair. Whoever that woman in green is (the creator failed bigtime to provide this basic information), whatever her position in government is, her action betrays her lack of professionalism and understanding of proper decorum. Scene stealing will always backfire.
