I am so grateful to be at peace with myself. I noticed I felt like a multi-millionaire this morning (after listening to your guided meditation last night as I fell asleep) and as I was interacting with my neighbors, I noticed I carried myself differently and I am far more present in conversations. I didn’t really assess their imaginary reactions to me because I didn’t feel the need for them to know about my wealth but I knew I felt far more engaged and at peace with my day. I felt confident and accomplished.

Thank you so much I sent this to my son as he’s is trying to get out of a particular situation for both him and his sister when others cant see the emotional distress they are going through i as a mother remain in the now moment and know that things have changed. My son can use this and talk to his sister about it and together they can find freedom through this strategy. I tell them as difficult as circumstances are they literally have the power to change their realities now. I understand in the 3 d point of view it would be impossible but understanding that reality shifts all “time” then I tell them they have the power with in. Thank you so much!!
