Great. Here I am in the middle of the day getting all hungry from your cooking and amazing video! J/K, I am constantly amazed by your cooking and description of your techniques. Side note, for me the chicken thigh is the only way to go for any type of marinated chicken. Absorbs the flavor better, plus they are so forgiving to being overcooked, unlike the chicken breast which seems to dry out no matter what (for me).

Tried this last night 10/10 and I am no chef and I have no grill so I can’t even imagine what it tastes like with that extra flavor. (I browned both sides on the stovetop and put in in the oven in a cast iron). Easy and tasty and not too heavy. Excellent recipe AB!
