Today we got to check out the wonderful chef Remi Sobra and his shop Chez Gilbert.

A wonderful story of artisan-style food, French-style homemade produce and a great selection of wine wrapped around family recipes and rural France.

The shop produces some of the best foie gras I have had in the city as well as Devine sausages, Pate, Cheese boards and sandwiches to die for.

As always massive thanks for hosting us at your wonderful shop.

the cooking method is called sous vide. to cook slowly in a lower temp in a water bath.
