Downtown White Plains - City Center Early Evening To Dusk - Time-Lapse

People watching is always fun. Particularly in a dynamic place like the heart of downtown White Plains. The community of White Plains is as diverse as it is dynamic and the City Center is in the middle of just about everything. This time-lapse was taken over a 2 hour period on a lovely cool Friday night in early fall. As day passed into evening, the lights of the fountains and streets came on to create a very different and colorful scene from broad daylight.
