Vegeta was dropping some fire lines when he went super saiyan he could have killed frieza straight away but he wanted to break him mentally for him to feel fear for the first time

Anytime Vegeta gets a leg up on anyone or anything, his pride in showing it off and lengthening out these interactions always leads to his downfall. Could have just ended it, but nope.. he's giving his enemy time to think. Just like in DBS where Frieza was defeated by Vegeta and Frieza blew up the Earth.

Love this story to continue. It would be nice seeing vegeta have a sort of better personality after this. Realizing that he has a power that was bestowed to him as well as being the one to kill his oppressor would surely humble him in some way eventually.
