You changed my entire life with your music. Thank you for your influence. Your guitar licks and playing is like no other. RIP. I feel privileged to have been abe to see you live in Myrtle Beach SC. House of Blues.

Johnny`s best studio album, sometimes overlooked. was at his peak. Not a bad song on the whole album. RIP Johnny

I was 14 when my brother went in the US Marines1973-4. When he came home from Okinawa he had the killer 4channel receiver, Teac A3340 reel to reel, pioneer turntable Acoustic Research speakers. He bought a lot of albums from the 70s.
This was one of those albums... Stranger is my fav song

Took a brand new girlfriend to see Johnny Winter on Valentines Day 1975. Embarrassed to say she was the one who turned me on to this album that year. Oh dear that girl had a corrupting influence.

One of the greatest guitar riffs ever is 25 to 6 to 4 West Chicago I mean that man just put it down and nobody can pick it up up

I saw Johnny Winter back in I don't know 73 or 74 and the Aragon ballroom in Chicago and he picked up a rose that somebody threw on the stage with his teeth and set it on a speaker and never missed a note

Album fra i meno conosciuti del celebre chitarrista albino, , ma sostanzialmente un disco valido.
Le uniche pecche sono:
- la versione troppo breve di Sweet Papa John,
- la poco convincente "Golden Olden Days Of Rock & Roll"

voto 7/10
