but how to arrange all the pages so they come in the right order? or word will do it for you?

Thank you Tutor Francis. I was driving myself crazy trying to figure out how to make this work. But when you know to define your word document as a "booklet" on A4 paper and print to the XPS (my Windows 7 didn't have "print to pdf"), then it works like clockwork. Hurray!

Please, mine prints out to small. How to enlarge font before printing booklet.

I have an 8.5 X 11 document. When I choose book fold. It doesn’t resize it just reduces the page size and now nothing fits.

Is their any way to auto reformat it or do I have to go through each sentence and change the font so it fits on the smaller page?
