Its a shame in Juventus Schools Melbourne Australia they have coaches that cant coach kids. Example U12 coach for Juventus Soccer Schools Melbourne went into the dressing room after the game they lost and told a bunch of 12 yo kids if you don't want me to coach i can go somewhere else. He focuses on results rather then development he teaches anything but respect, teamwork, leadership.
