You know, I have stopped shaming myself about my continued purchase of books when I have so many that I already own. I'm living within my means and it makes me happy. Just enjoy your books! :)

I had not heard of a lot of these, so thank you for making my TBR even larger! :) Oh, I just read Legends and Lattes and I adore that UK cover! You're going to love that book.

All of these sound "Oh So Good", Sarah! I have heard so much praise for Legends & Lattes - I may just cave and get it! That UK cover is to die for. I have read a few books from Nora Roberts over the years and have liked them. Light, Easy Reading! I would look into the Born In Fire Series - Born in Fire, Born in Ice, Born in Shame - An enjoyable trilogy. I would be curious to know what you think of her writing style. Happy Holidays!

Aaaaand I just preordered The Mountain in the Sea paperback. 😆😆😆 Won’t be here ‘til June. That should give me a chance to read one or two of the other million books I have on my TBR.

Great haul! I hadn’t heard of The mountain in the sea but now I need it as well lol. Just FYI Best served cold is the start of his second series set in the first law world, it is recommended that you read those (The blade itself etc.) first.♥️

A couple of people I know and trust loved Mountain in the Sea as well, so I’m hoping to read it even though it’s a pretty significant left turn from my normal books. But I like trying new things! It sounds so interesting!

Legends and Lattes is wonderful. Do yourself a favor and read it this winter. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been wanting to try Joe Abercrombie too but haven’t yet. I recently started Fairy Tale and I am about 30% into it so far. It’s really good and reminds me of 11/22/63 in approach and readability. I loved that one so I’m hoping this one is as great. Happy reading!

You deserve to buy books as a reward for not buying books at work 👍😂. I love your “it’s fine” motto ❤😂. I just sent the Goodreads link of Deadly Hearts to my 15 year old as it seems right up his alley for interests. He had me pick up a Stephen King book for him today (I’m SO excited he is interested as I’ve been desperately trying to get my kids to love reading😊). I’ve had Fairy Tale on my shelf since it came out but, I don’t want to read it yet cuz I don’t want it to be over 🤓

Joe Abercrombie is really good. My hubby has some of his books and told me there were really good so I tried one of his chunkers and really liked it. Have several more on his shelves I want to get to. 😉

I am the same way when in comes to book buying....I buy books but yet I still go and check books out at the library (every 3 weeks) to read even though I have PLENTY to read at home. Guess what they say is true....reading is a hobby....and buying books is the other 😂
