I did some research about Seimei's paternal ancestry and found out that Seimei is a descendent Prince Ohiko who is a descendent of Emperor Jimmu who is a descendent of Amasterasu and Wikipedia also said that Emperor Jimmu is also a descendent of Susanoo, but I have seen any genealogy graph suggest this; however one of his wives Empress Himetataraisuzu-hime, another ancestor of Seimei was a descendent of Susanoo. I know this game deviates from the myths, but Susanoo called Seimei one of his people meaning Seimei could also be his descendent in this game as well.

Edit: Also, apparently that would also make Seimei and Hiromasa distant cousins as Hiromasa was a descendent of Emperor Kaika who was Prince Ohiko's brother. Also if this is the case in this game as well both Kagura and Hiromasa are Seimei's distant cousins and would also be descendents of Amasterasu and Susanoo. It's a family reunion😊.
