Monzo is by far the best current account available... Starling and Chase miles behind. A proud customer since 2017... ZERO issues.

Most breakdown covers through banks don’t cover onwards travel and home recovery. I was paying £30/month to the RAC just for my breakdown. The Monzo Max is a life saver especially having my iPhone 16 Pro Max covered on top off everything else. Yes I keep it in a case but it doesn’t mean I can’t lose it or it can’t get stolen.

The free MONZO account is part of my monthly budget and makes budgeting much easier with pots. The roundup feature isn’t for everyone but works
Pretty well. Anything that makes saving easier is a win for me.

Great video but you didn't go into the increase in interest in instant access savings. I have a few £k in savings pots giving me nice interest each month and abotu 1.5k in pots. Would it be better to upgrade my account so that I get better interest. Is there still a max amount I can get interest on?

With regards Virgin money package its only local breakdown with a ten mile tow Monzo has European breakdown

Been using Monzo as my main account (salary paid in) for 1 year this month. All the gimmicky stuff that most seem to hate is what i like about it 🤣

Round ups, getting paid early, I even have a paid account for more gimmicks 😂, each to there own i suppose.

Is the limit to abroad spreading for cash withdrawals only. Never noticed any fees or limits for just suing the card / contactless abroad with my free mondo

really baffles me why so many accounts these days have these daft gimmicks like roundups just to appeal to people too stupid to save money. I just don't get why people feel they need to be tricked or gamify the idea of saving money.
