DON'T WASTE TIME // Triathlon Motivation 2017

We make these videos with the intention of educating others in a motivational/inspirational form. We do not own the clips and music we use in most cases. We believe these videos are fair use because:

They are transformative in a positive sense, we take clips from various sources to help create an atmospheric feeling that will help people in hard situations in their life.

The part he said “your never too young” really got to me because i am currently training for a half marathon and a triathlon at 17 and everyone is telling me I’m too young. This is the only motivation I need thank you!!

You don't know what you've got...
You don't know what you've got until ALL HELL breaks loose.
You don't know all you can take until the pressure is applied to your life.
You don't know what you can endure until people stab you in the back and walk away from you.
You don't know how much courage you have until you've been under fire, and under struggle and under tribulation.
You can't learn what's in you, sitting back in a lazy-boy chair hitting the remote control watching HBO and Cinemax but WHEN ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE that's when you get to see what you've got.

SO POWERFUL! I just signed up for my first 70.3 Half Iron in June and this video just inspired me so much. I cannot wait to push myself to my limits.

I regularly listen to these videos in the morning while I get ready for my day ahead. I sometimes play them in my car as well. They really get me ready for the challenges ahead! I love them keep doing what you are doing!

This is the best motivation speak (and video), I´ve ever seen. Thanks man for screaming to me.

Must admit the structure of this is what really talks to me. the background music keeps pulling me in to listen more intently. The triathlon sections take me back to my race experiences and what I learn each time

watched this after I just finished my first 70.3 today and was in absolute breakdown tears when he was talking about running away from things for the last 10 years
