In disasters like this, the spirit of the pioneering Americans who went there to help with disaster relief is admirable. I was reminded of the contrast with The situation in Dongbei and Taipei. Democratic nations can mobilise to help affected region without the resource ending up in the coffers of some village 領導 pockets.
