A tutorial on shield shifting and in-shield SDI in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. If you tilt the left stick right when you're hit in shield, you can slightly move yourself in that direction during shieldstun. This can help with microspacing your punishes.

Very interesting, I knew about holding shield + B, but that would sometimes cause me to misinpit upB out of shield, I will definitely try double shield button

Oh trust me shield di is very important. They learned from their mistake back in smash4 when Lucario could lock you inplace if you shielded his nuetral special while he was charging.

I think this is most useful when you're shielding rapid jabs, especially rapid jabs that you can't roll behind, like Villager's.
