I got one and i will say gotta watch what i drink, kidney stones and peeing blood is not fun, to be fair the stones were on me but a horeshoe kidney has trouble getting all the urine out leading to some of it to splash back inside the kidney, leads to some blood in my urine (not painful though just a bit freaky to see 😂)

Horseshoe kidney?Our kidneys is separated like two beans, one is a bit higher than the other one, but have two urether connected to the urinary bladder. This is different from the normal kudney😂
