Supermodel and actress Cara Delevingne discusses her own road to recovery and the challenging choice to get assistance in this exclusive interview. Cara reveals her battles with mental health, addiction, and self-care with her trademark candor and honesty, as well as how she came to the conclusion that she needed to put her health first.

Cara acknowledges that the strain and scrutiny that have come with her celebrity and success have not always been easy for her to handle. She discusses how she battled to achieve balance in her life and the effects celebrity and social media had on her mental health in this interview.

But Cara's tale is one of perseverance and progress rather than one of failure. She discusses the beneficial changes she underwent, such as counselling, meditation, and a fresh emphasis on self-care. She also stresses the significance of talking openly about mental health and addiction in order to lessen stigma and support others who might be experiencing difficulties.

Cara's sincerity and vulnerability shine across the entire chat. She discusses her own struggles with addiction and how they impacted her personal and professional relationships. She discusses the difficulties of recovery, including the highs and lows, and how she always works to improve her mental health.

Overall, this Cara Delevingne interview serves as a potent reminder that everyone, regardless of success or status, can suffer with mental health issues and addiction. Also, it serves as a reminder that these problems can be solved, there is hope, and assistance is accessible.

Thanks for watching.

She’s a warrior and I’m thrilled to see her alive. I don’t take her for granted.

Cara: Wishing you the very very best! You will always need “that community” one day at a time….sober recovery is one day at a time —- “we”
do together what we could never do alone. You will live a life that is amazing if you do not pick up the first drink or drug one day st a time. Celebrated 44 years of sober recovery in December …..my life is amazing and stopped my wild lifestyle in my 20s. There is no shame or guilt….just freedom to live an amazing life !

Yay, shes free from alcohol now and sitting on a ridiculously huge sofa talking about it. People please understand that shes not over it and she never will be. Media makes people think everything is okay and it’s not, we don’t want another anna nicole, heath ledger ETC to happen. Support people who needs the support, like this girl.

Cara a very unique girl. Very soulful. What “shame wasn’t hers”? Is there a backstory to this that I don’t know about? I don’t know much about her whole personal life. I understand she’s a model and British and her family is wealthy. Sadly that’s all I know and of course she went to rehab.

I hope she surrounds herself with better people. Get real genuine friends that look after you, Cara. Not those toxic leeches who love to see you spiral down in life

You would have thought the time she did the "running with Bear Grylls" would have changed her a little back then. Glad your doing better.🌹👍

Im kinda sad that she has to make her healing a public thing. I mean, all pr is good pr but damage control on this subject feels way too intimate
