1 second for each switch, nothing more, nothing less. Moreover, after you pull the switch on the left, if you wait too long, one spike will go up. If that happens, try again. Second switch paralyzes 2 spikes from coming back, and the one on the right opens up the rest.

Thank you for this. My friend was stuck for half an hour because the door was bugged. Nothing moved when the levers were pulled. Had to leave the cave to reset it. This video revealed that something was wrong so thanks.

On PC it was bugged for me too. The front spikes were not even visible. After leaving cave and reentering, the spikes were back and 1 and 4 worked. Thanks for the video.

thank you! ps3 here. had to leave cave and re-enter. flip the levers on each end but wait for the spears to lower before you flip the second lever. worked fine *this time*!

My gate wont even budge, meaning the levers dont move ANYTHING. Its bs because the huntress is stuck as my follower.

Levers don't act as on/off. They act as buttons, and if you switch twice too fast or switch two levers without delay it won't recognize the second switch. Switch (1), wait for the spears to move, the. Switch (4).

Activate 1 and 4. 2 only appears necessary in this vid as its command was ignored due to the effects of lever 1 still being active (just barely), which is why nothing happens after he pulls lever 2. Give it a shot.

Anyone saying this doesn't work needs to reload the save within the cave before you messed with the levers. Even if you reset the levers to their starting position they will be different.

I still need help with this. The bars seem to be stuck. I solved the puzzle but the second pair of bars won't move.
