How to *actually* use Harmor in Ableton on a Mac 🤓

You actually can do automation with a m4l midi cc device. Just make sure the instance of harmor is on the right midi input channel so it can receive those CC inputs. It's a bit fiddly, but if you can get it to work, you can automate the controls on your m4l device.

I actually just use FL, but as a Harmor enthusiast, I love that this stuff is possible. Of course there's always bouncing audio between DAWs, which is still often ideal if CPU is getting tight, but I'll take any excuse to hook people on Harmor.

You can use fruity env controller in patcher . This is why i stack my patches up 😊

And in Ableton on Windows, you can use most of the FL plugins, they exist as separate VST plugins. It's awesome to use Harmor or Cytrus to the fullest

Couple of year ago I actually used this same trick but in Ohm Studio to share a project between me and a friend in realtime. You had to constantly reopen the vst instance to sync up but it actually worked surprisingly well haha

Cant use fl on mac? Judt download fl for mac and use it as a plugin. Classic Au5 someone call the cops he needs to be stopped.

Can you also just use FL on a Mac anyway? Or do you have to open fl inside Live?

I have it downloaded but the FL VSTi won’t show up in Ableton. I’ve also rescanned plugins.

Austin... There's a VST called Sakura... It's a little hard... mastering with some plug-ins in the mixer... have sweet sound... I can't make it sound professional track... but it have amazing uses... u've try it. Perhaps share some pressets about that VST.

great video man there is another method i found using 2 softwares called plugwire and audioport universal to actually open a harmor instance inside of live plus if u have max for live access u can use midi cc to actually operate and do automations and stuff however its pretty complicated to do and still limited like u said so we hope imageline devolopers make us an easier way to fully use windows exclusives on mac here is a video about it
