Our RZR had same codes/issues on day 1 of Glamis thanksgiving trip last year, after swapping belts, plugs, and all the usual things to try to salvage our trip...a friend recommended to pull the intercooler and check for water/antifreeze at the intake, BINGO!! There was a tiny leak that was feeding into the intake and causing misfire!! Of corse, there wasn’t an intercooler to be found close enough to save the trip. Came home, replaced intercooler, and traded in for a new C3 Max RR. BEST decision we’ve made in long time!!

Somethings I ran into with my big turbo s misfiring was the exhaust/turbo hardware backing out creating exhaust leaks (finally stopped after replacing all hardware with brand new). My turbo kit also had aluminum charge tubes and the plug wires would arc to them through the insulation causing a misfire. After those two fixes she ran like a scalded dog.

I was getting a subliminal message throughout the video that the Turbo S still isn't fixed. Wonder where that was coming from???

Little tip
Try putting it in firm setting it helps gives u Little more..
Gotta do that with ours with paddles on in our enclosed between wheel wells🤘🤘

On my trailer I got rid of the gate and use aluminum ramp that i attach under the sxs at the e-track.it reduce tremendously the weight on the back of the trailer increasing the tongue weight and being easier to my tacoma guts, its a win win

Misaligned clutches are an issue on those. Wonder if the mechanic checked that or not

We're taking 2 2020 XP4 Turbos into Mexico at the end of this month. I'd really like to hear what you find out before we end up broke and far from home. We have spare belts, axels, A Arms and Radius rods....but we weren't even anticipating running into your problem.

Same codes as mine. 2018 Turbo XP. As soon as I went from 29's to 32's. Changed belt, plugs, re-clutched it. has a newer aftermarket hi flow fuel pump, still chasing codes. Interested to see what the dealer says

The P 90X clutches that come on these new machines are a problem. Get one of the previous clutches that came on the turbo and turbo S machines and save yourself a bunch of headaches. Aftermarket Assassins is selling them with their clutch kits.

I would not wash it I washed mine when I had clutch issues on my new Turbo S and Polaris said they were going to cover the clutch because it had water in the housing. I live in Arizona and the only water is seen was me watching it before I took it in.

I am thinking a fuel issue. Possibly a fuel pump. I am down the street from you and have the tools to check it for you. We have replaced multiple pumps in Polaris RZRs.

Put it in firm mode when you load it it won't Squat as much and it will be narrower for the skinny trailer.

Man. I'm starting to think it's the G boost belts. I followed break in to a T on my G boost and it failed within 60 miles. It just snapped. No signs of wear at all. It just busted. It didn't shred no nothing. It just popped in half. Crazy. It was warrantied so I'll be breaking in that on next week. Hope it was just a rando thing.

plug wire or ignition module...had the same issue and codes.

My buddy had that problem and we found the injectors wiring were torn

I powdered coated my arms and they still get blasted and rust
