As a long-time notion user (PPV system) who's moving into coda, obsidian & scrintal, I've always liked notion's aesthetics but the lack of functionalities (buttons, recurring tasks that don't require a template, automations, integrations, etc) compared to other platforms are my migration drivers. I've had to write too many workaround formulas in notion to match these. Coda's formula system is just so much more intuitive imo. I like the attempt at subtasks but typ on a project if the parent task gets pushed til later, the downstream tasks naturally get pushed. Monday & Wrike do this really well. Notion left this up to the user which can be problematic when working in groups.
