This song hits me in a odd interpretation... my ex husband and I were both herion addicts .... always used together.. we were super unhealtht together, I decided to get sober, he wasn't ready. Today I'm 2 ½ years sober, engaged, have a 1 year old precious little boy, a great life. He is still using. This song just hits my heart of how brave I was to walk away and better my self, and how I left my heart to be with him and a needle full of herion, and how I got sober and all the blessings that God has gave me from that. It's a great reminder of where I never wanna be again and what I will NEVER put my son through.
