In your final conclusion you mention that the `items.kt` file now contains helpers to create the different “types” of Item, but in fact there’s only one: `Item` itself.
Would you still make those types explicit (e.g. in a sealed class maybe)? And if so, what would be the heuristics for that? (When would you make those types explicit?)
