This is a very helpful video. Thank you so much. I have a few questions if I may please and this confuses me because I don't see much mentioned about it.

Basically I want to know how the physical topologies are organised, not just for a LAN but for larger networks and ultimately the entire world, and how Layer 3 routing protocols such as BGP work with these

1) These physical topologies apply to both LAN and even larger networks in the physical world ? So all the actual routers that I believe are underground they have the same topologies ?
Say an ISP has a network over 3 or 4 neighbourhoods, are these routers organised with these topologies ?

2) What if one ISP has a LAN network in London, and there is another LAN with the same ISP in the north of England or in some other city far away, how would the routers be organised ?
Would they also be in one of these topologies ?
But I guess it will go through different networks.

3) Are routers shared by ISP's as in common routers ? For example there are common roads by which all traffic goes, is it something similar with networking or does each ISP or government or AS have its own network routers,
I guess with BGP, they would need to use some common routers ?

So which type of topology tells us actual port numbers? Physical topology or Logical topology?
