Reset the Perform Service Message on a Ram 6.7L Cummins

In this quick video I will show you how to reset the "Perform Service" message that displays on your dash when the CCV Filter needs to be changed on a Ram 6.7L Cummins. This message pops up after a set mileage on your truck.

Man I appreciate that. Changed CCV filter about 5000 miles ago and that PERFORM SERVICE has been an eye sore! Especially with a buddy that rides with me sometime when I hot shot and he sees it. Of course he is a Ford guy and he was giving me hell. Lol. He kept saying you should've bought a Ford because he thought it meant something was wrong with it. He can't laugh now because he just had to put he's 2018 Ford F350 in the shop with fuel system problems with only 38K miles on it ! Actually he's had it in there 2 other times with other problems! Lol. That's why I went to Ram. 4 Ford's was enough. To many times stranded on the side of the road. They DON'T HOLD UP WITH HAULING EVERY DAY!

Turn key to run. Press and HOLD accelerator. Press and release break twice. Slowly release accelerator. Press and release accelerator twice. Turn key to off.
