the orb can be dispelled by any attack that hits them. also whipwhirl can be countered by any deflects (but the timing is hard to hit)

I’m playing on god mode and up to 50 percent damage resistance and I still can’t kill Meg. I know now if anything is going to make me give up on this game it’s the bosses

The only frustrating thing is that u can't fight her again after dying. I had to die 4 times to properly understand her moves. Beat her on 5th. Quite easy boss tbh, the only thing that made it a challenge were those ground spikes. They made me lose health when i was unaware and it was annoying cause they were quite easy to dodge.

About 8 hours in and 15 escape attempts later I still haven't managed to beat her. I guess out of the 15 attempts I made it to her about 8 times.
Edit: I beat her in the 17th run. No god mode. 🎉

I reached Meg on my 3rd run but proceeded to get stuck on her for a while after

Ugh she shouldn’t be so hard to kill but I don’t start the fight with enough healing pool, I’ve be like 43/54 hp out of 113 and get dusted when she’s almost killed

why does it spawn a dozen additional enemies? the fight is already hard enough and always the end of my runs

I beat her with the default sword and barely any skill upgrades 😂 I shouldn’t have complained how difficult that was

When I first faced Meg, I got her down to the point she started using Volley, and then died to the spikes. They did way more damage to me than Meg did. Very frustrating. Had I paid more attention, I could have beaten her first try

It's funny how Meg was one of the easiest bosses with the coronacht, but me trying stygius now she's harder then some of the later bosses now.

I hope you wouldn’t have spoiled some of the other bosses in a video about the literal first boss in the game 😅 but hey, this game came out three years ago and I’m the one who searched it up anyway.
