How To Turn Off Seat Belt Buzzer Alarm On Toyota Trucks
There is an easy way to disable the seat belt buzzer reminder and it only takes a few minutes to complete.
- Turn on the ignition and make sure that the trip information display is set to show the ODO reading, and not Trip A or Trip B
- Turn off the car. Do not fasten your seatbelt.
- Turn on the ignition without starting the engine 
- Press and hold the trip reset button for exactly 10 seconds.
- After 10 seconds passed, keep holding down the trip reset button and fasten the driver’s seatbelt.
- Once you see the B-On or B-Off message appear on the trip information display, let go off of the trip reset button.
- Now you can toggle the beeper on or off by pressing the trip reset button. Select the B-off option to turn off the beeper.
- Start the car and test if you successfully turned off the seat belt buzzer. 

If the above method didn’t work, try to turn off your car twice in Step # 2 and then repeat the rest of the steps. If it still doesn’t work, try it again few times and make sure your timing is correct.

i've seen multiple YT vids on this same process and cannot get this to work on my '15 tacoma xrunner

It worked at least for now just today, time will tell. This was on a 2018Toyota Avanza in Philippines. It took 3 or 4 tries. And on this vehicle only the odometer and trip A and Trip B shows in the box..No other wordss like on or off.

I"ve seen many videos that give this same process. I've also had many toyotas (tundras, sequoias, etc) and it has never worked on any of them. what gives with this repeating a process that does not work?

This is all dependent on what model and year you have. It's not going to work on every model, and for every year peeps. Seems to be for older Yotas. I have an 05 4Runner and it's still too new for this to work

I figured out how to turn it off forever. But sorry I cant tell how I did it since I cant be responsible if any1 gets hurt because of my suggestions. Not legally not morally...
