I've been maintaining my parents' pool for over 20 years, and this is the best explanation for how a pool system works. For me, this was also a good refresher; I learned/relearned some essentials, such as why the weir flaps and how setting up circulation in a circular pattern are important. I highly recommend your videos to other pool owners. It'll save owners a lot of hassle in maintaining their pools by just understanding these basics.

I'm finishing up my 1st pool season with a 35k gallon inground (27-year-old) pool with a sand filter.
I learned most things the hard way and after the fact. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
