His eyes intrigued me a lot too, but if you really pay attention to them, it's actually just the reflection of the room he's in. The thing that looks like a pupil is the reflection of the stage he's standing on. You can also see the reflection of the yellow board with "Playtime Co." written on it. It's not really visible on the picture you showed, but if you actually go in game and turn up the brightness you'll have a better look

Despite a lot of theories huggy wuggy is alive his movements and height are impossible for a human and he is alive for definite because he has saliva and when you drop the box on him there’s blood splatters on the places he lands on

Theory: the workers became the toys. During one of the tapes we hear a female employee talking passionately about her job, I think Playtime co. only hired people with her sort of mindset in order to A) create the best toys since all their workers were passionate or B) to easily manipulate them into becoming experiments to create living toys (make them believe they were making something revolutionary in terms of toys but when they find out that isn’t what’s going on it’s already to late to escape). It’s also possible her mindset is the result of experimentation or manipulation from the company, having workers talk positively about the company to avoid suspicions of anything sinister going on. I think the employees are still there but not human, or rather not entirely human, and they call in our character in order to help them get out or to try and turn us into one of them since we were an employee, perhaps Poppy is the one who starts the transition process from human to toy since she is the most human toy there is (quote “I’m a real girl, just like you”.) she could be the only one with enough of a mind to perform the process since everyone else is lost or dead, that’s why we are told to go directly to her, to either allow her access to us to change us or to let her free so she can free the others.
Perhaps Huggy Wuggy was an employee that repeatedly hid around corners to scare people (another child-like personality found in an employee) hence the Do/Don’t Do poster in the power room stating Do not hide around corners to scare Laith Pierre (forgotten how to spell his name) as a result that employee was targeted because he was annoying the man in charge. That could be why when we first see Huggy aside from when he was stood still was him hiding around a corner with only an arm visible, perhaps he chose not to scare us then because he remembered what happened the last time he scared someone using that method so now just attacks in view of his target. If Huggy Wuggy is a part of the less tame aspects of the building’s security system, then that could be a reason why Pierre is so proud of the security system, he turned something annoying into something useful.

I think the giant huggy wuggy was meant to be another security prototype that went rogue and killed everyone thinking they were invading the factory. It does seem to also know where everything leads to so maybe after everyone died it calculated the whole factory by walking around. Which ALSO means huggy wuggy has met Poppy playtime.

Freaky but can also explain why he has eyes under his eyes.

The evidence that he's a human is 1. In the vent chase when the door closed, he slowed down like he was tired. 2. When he fell, blood came out of him.

The eyes inside aren’t a texture, it is called a matcap. It’s a material cap to add reflections

Here is my theory. The eyes are very real, because when you hit him with a box, he *looses* blood! Like not a toy would loose blood? He also probably makes children happy, just like the dressed up people you see at like Disney land or something. I feel like its not just a reflection, but its him trying not to give it away, you know? :P Im not sure though, but its just what I think. Cya!

I think it's a reflection because if you get to a certain angle close up on Huggy, you can see the building blocks from his stand. The eye thing is still a fun theory tho.

Guess what's weird. I was playing poppy playtime and the part where huggy wuggy falls down i got jumpscared and to me i thought i saw a mummified corpse in there but i think it was just more rows of teeth
