Epson Workforce WF-7720 (7710) Ink Replacement Error! Have You Tried This??

Go to the SETTINGS, MAINTENANCE, INK CARTRIDGE(S) REPLACEMENT, and hit START. Do this before trying to "replacing" the black ink cartridge. Be sure the black ink does not leak.
***NOTE: I have COSMOS INK conversion cartridges and ink in my printer. If you do not have the same the error may be from the other brand's chip on their cartridges.***
