The actual rarest and most expensive horse is called the Rose Grey Bay Arabian which can be purchased at the blackwater stable after completing all 6 chapters and both parts of the epilogue for 1250 depending on your honour rating.

only the white arabian is a set spawn location, and none of these are really particularly rare. leopard blanket apaloosa is plentiful around lake owanjila. blue nokota is owned by multiple npc's, easiest to find being the jack hall gang map guy near flatneck station or just ride around little creek river in big valley until you find a wild one. blood bay thoroughbred is easily found being ridden by bounty hunters and just can spawn almost anywhere wild horses spawn. the liver chestnut morgan is one of the most common horses being found easily as miscellaneous npc horses in town, being ridden on the road, and spawn commonly in morgan herds which are one of the most common herds of wild horses

Piebald Tobiano Hungarian Half-Bred and Buell and Rachel are the rarest horses. The last too aren’t catchable and can’t be refound and the Piebald Tobiano is a rare spawn at NPC spawns. For all the other horses you can just look up the location unless they are only sold at a stable

When I went to find the leopard blanket one because in my opinion, that the prettiest I found it but it didn’t have any spots or anything on the back it was just white on the back 🤷‍♂️

You forgot about the grey Arabian, which most people don't know about because it's only available in the blackwater stables in epilogue chapter 1 for $1000

Im using this rare arabian i rarely see anyone mention on the internet its like dark red with black tiger stripes on the legs it’s beautiful thats my favorite cause no one mentions it. Also a tiger striped bay mustang. A blue roan nakota. And a turkomon for now in silver if i find a rare turkomon im on it tho i havent heard of one
