In California the law requires a person to be at least 18 years of age in order to legally get a tattoo. In fact, according to Penal Code 653 PC, it is a criminal offense to “ink” or administer a tattoo to a minor. So, how can anybody support a political organization that says it's not okay for people under 18 to get a tattoo. Yet supports, adolescent life altering gender reassignment surgery without their guardians permission?
