OxyFrag - A revolutionary diagnostic combo kit to measure sperm DFI & ROS
Показать описание
OxyFrag© is a readymade kit for estimating the Sperm Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) by Luminometer & DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) by Flow Cytometry at Manipal Fertility Andrology Lab.
By measuring both ROS & DFI, source of sperm abnormality can be diagnosed.
If only DFI is abnormal, it denotes an intra-testicular pathology like Varicocele, testis dysgenesis, intratesticular hormonal deficiency, testicular infection, epdidymiditis. If both DFI & ROS are elevated, it denotes an infectious pathology at the level of seminal vesicle, prostrate or male accessory glands.
