hnic/sportsnet games are so excruciatingly bad. I love the sens tsn crew and everytime i get close to taking them for granted sn reminds how good we usually have it. Gord and Ray deserve a bonus for not being insufferable.

Craig Anderson had a great performance tonight. Garret Sparks on the other hand had one of the worst I’ve seen in recent memory.

Funny how the leafs always seem to outshoot/outplay but manage to lose. If only sparks was half as sharp as Andersen that game it would have been 2-0

Another bad line change that leads to a gwg and Sparks was mediocre. That sums up the game that otherwise Leafs should've won having had over 80 attempted shots on net and 44 went thru.
A few observations:
1) Leafs once again out played, out shot, and out chanced, the other team but loss the game because they ran into a hot goalie and Leafs goalie did not match the performance of the opposing goalie. Now, you know that the most important position in modern goalie is the goaltender due to the comparatively small size of nets. Now you know how important it was that the Leafs signed goalie prospect Joseph Woll, a big, big langy goalie prospect who has done well in every level hes played in, but the received little attention from the media. If he makes the NHL, he will be impactful, because he's big and cover a lot of the small nets. He'll be like the Jets goalie, hellebuk...
2) What is wrong with Leafs line change? This is like the third game where their bad line change leads to a goal. It seems that all three forwards decides to get off at the same time that leads to odd man rushes the other way. Making proper line changes should be elementary, fundamental part of being a NHL player, hockey players. Sens gwg would not happened if at least one forwards stayed on with play and it would have been 4 on 3 rsthern than 4 on 2....*sigh!* Leafs are making way too many detail errors that should've been corrected in the juniors or that the very least the AHL.
3) Glad to see that Dermotts back. In spite missing time off and a minus 3, i thought he played well and provided a noce option to Rielly on his ability to move the puck up the ice and skating ability. Cant wait to see Rosen play on Monday. I hope Rosen can replace Gardiner in the PO...
4). Freddy's got to return to normal very soon or else the Le a fs will not make it out of the first round. If Freddy can match the play of or be better thank Rask, the Leafs win the series. It is that simple. The series will be won in the crease...
Finally, God willing, welcome to the Leafs golden era! After 50 yrs of wandering in the desert, this is refreshing to be a part of....

Toronto will be eliminated in 4. Montreal is playing way better than Toronto. Hopefully Montreal will make the playoffs. I expect price to be in top shape vs the Bolts.

Anderson is glad he is allowed to wear 11 inch (28cm) wide goalie pads on his legs... lol would have been 3-3 if not for those huge pads. GG

Sens won and it looked like they werent even trying that game .lol. Leafs talking about Sparks but Andersen hasnt been much better

Balcers had a terrible defensive performance and single-handedly almost cost Ottawa that game.
He needs to be scratched next game to send a message.
