From Dyroth aka Community Mix Promotions;

This song is very dear to me, and a very unique production experience that I want to share. I may do a video on this since it really says a lot about being creative and passionate about your work.

When I set out to make this track, I told myself that I could not use melodies. For a lot of my songs I'd have a melodic intro where I would bring back the melody in the second half or the second drop to create progression. I thought this was too easy, and in listening to a lot of older dubstep and deathstep, they created progression and tension through using the basses they already had or introducing new elements, or using the same elements in a different way. So I set a limitation for this track that I could use everything but melodies to create progression, only ambience, bass, and percussion.

The song overall is very simple, with about 6 sounds in total. But each part uses the same elements in a different way, changing tempo, different bass patterns, different percussion layout, bring back ambiences. The result I got was a very deathcore like track, very chugging and breakdowns creating what I believe is my favorite style in song making: grooviness. I don't really have a signature sound, since I use almost completely different sounds in each track I make most of the times, but the style I have created for the Dyroth brand and for myself really comes out in the grooves in each song.

I can't also gloss over the impact this song has had on my music career. On the Community Mix Promotions channel, it has blown up over the last two years, which I am absolutely thankful for. I am especially grateful for it to be popular on CMP so that that channel can grow and be able to showcase more producers to a bigger audience. Even if the song has a lot of views, I am in no way a big name producer, but I am very glad to have even more of you on my journey to hopefully becoming one :) So I am very thankful you all enjoy the music I create!

The actual simplicity in the tone of the overall track mixed with some really nice time signature change and halfstep drops as well as some complex drum programming make this song a winner. Take notes beginner beat programmers and producers.
