Independent journalist Brittney Hopper reacts to US President Joe Biden’s baffling answer when asked whether he could secure a hostage deal by the end of his term.

Mr Biden responded to the reporter by asking if she can keep herself from “getting hit in the head” by a camera behind her.

“Who answers a question like that? And especially the president of the United States,” Ms Hopper said.
