As someone who used to be in charged of putting up this signs at Target. I can tell you, the amount of same price we made for the sales tag is very misleading. But yes you can find better deals on certain days. But you can also find the same deal on a different day somewhere else like Amazon or Walmart. Or just shop with Target app. There are more sales on there.
