7th Parliament | Returning MPs, members of new political parties arrive

MPs were sworn in, in the National Assembly.

The house sat at 10am as planned and continued despite the absence of some parties.

The Patriotic Alliance and Economic Freedom Fighters arrived only at 10:30am.

Stop talking about the poor.. Who are they? I hate it as a disadvantaged black person to be referred to "kort, kort" as" the poor" or "our people", a term which is basically meaningless. I am no one's poor person or part of their people. I am a fully documented South African and proudly so.. I didn't jump a fence to be one.. All South Africans need services and justice.. If it wasn't for corruption and ineptitude on the part of the sell-outs ANC, there wouldn't be this "the poor" cheap politics..
