Bogues was incredible. He defied a lot of odds and I'd never take any credit from him but I think he was fortunate to play on a team with really good players with defined roles. He was Charlotte's true PG and leader. Earl Boykins may have been just as good, or better, but he never had the benefit of good chemistry or a defined role. At 5'5, " he was more of a shooting guard and pure scorer. I saw him put up 27 points in Denver in a game where he and T-Mac traded buckets. Boykins was a freak of nature he was so gifted. There's no telling what he could have done if he had another half foot/foot of height.
